The Student Loan Servicing Alliance filed an amicus brief (download below) in Barr v. American Association of Political Consultants to support a bipartisan provision of law which Congress passed to help the federal government and its partners to make contact with borrowers in order to offer them solutions to avoid delinquency and default.
